Use By using the Renshawgus app, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully. By accessing or using the App, or by creating an account, you acknowledge that you agree to be bound by these terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION OR PLAY ANY GAMES CONTAINED HEREIN. Renshawgus reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your use of the Application after such modification or update constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.Renshawgus encourages you to read through and review these terms every time you access the app and use the company's services.
Age Restriction:
You must be sixteen (16) years of age or older to use Company Services. Company services are available to legal residents of the United States, Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United Kingdom who are at least sixteen (16) years of age, adults in their place of residence, and have an Internet connection or mobile phone.
Additional Restrictions:
In order to participate in the corporate services provided by Renshawgus, you may not be on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also be able to represent and warrant that you are not subject to backup withholding because you are exempt from backup withholding, or you have not been notified by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) because you failed to report all interest or dividends, or because The IRS notifies you that you are no longer subject to backup withholding.
License to Use:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Renshawgus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the Application and Company Services. This license does not include the downloading, copying or other use of information for the benefit of any third party; or the use of any data mining, robotic or similar data collection and extraction tools. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Renshawgus or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rights holders or other content/service providers. You may not abuse the app or company services, and only use the app and company services as permitted by law. The license granted by Renshawgus will terminate if you fail to comply with these terms.
Limited Service Offering:
If you reside in a country or jurisdiction where the use of the App is prohibited by law, neither the availability of the Download App nor the availability of the Company Service shall be construed as an offer or invitation by Renshawgus to use the Download App or use the Company Service. Renshawgus may, in its sole discretion, choose countries or jurisdictions in which the Company's services are not provided. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Company Services is legal in the country/jurisdiction in which you reside and/or in any country/jurisdiction from which you log in to use the Company Services. Renshawgus is not responsible for any illegal or unauthorized use of the company's services.
Prohibited Actions
You shall not, and shall not permit any other person, directly or indirectly: to modify, copy or otherwise create derivatives of any part of the Company Service or Application (including all content contained therein);
reverse engineer, disassemble, Decompile or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or structure, order and organization of all or any portion of the Company's services (unless this limitation does not apply to the limited extent applicable local law prohibits reverse engineering);
engage in any limitation or prohibition of any the use or enjoyment of the application or company service, or the conduct we believe may harm Renshawgus or users of our application or company service;
in any way that may disable, burden, damage or impair the application or interfere with the use of any other party use the Company Services, including their ability to participate in real-time activities through the Company Services;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Company Services, the servers on which Renshawgus data is stored, or any server used to provide the Company Services , computers or databases;
engage in any fraudulent activity or any activity that facilitates fraud; or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Company's services.
Game Content
Renshawgus and/or its licensors reserve all rights to all data and information on its applications and company services, including text, graphics, images, designs, articles, business processes and any other form of content (collectively, "" content"). Users shall only have rights to the Content that are expressly granted under these Terms, otherwise they will be reserved. Reproduction, copying or distribution of any Content for any other purpose is strictly prohibited without the express prior written permission of Renshawgus. Company Services may allow users to link to the website and to access content, products or services of third parties. Renshawgus is not responsible for any third-party website or third-party content provided through the app or company services. Access to third-party content is at your own risk.
Feedback
Renshawgus welcomes feedback, comments and suggestions ("Feedback") for improvements to our App or Company Services. Any feedback you submit will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary to you. By submitting feedback, you grant Renshawgus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use and publish these ideas and materials for any purpose without asking you to pay any remuneration.
Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks and logos ("Trademarks") displayed on the App are registered and unregistered trademarks of Sponsor, its affiliates or third parties. Nothing in this application should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to a trademark without the express written permission of the sponsor or the express written permission of the applicable third party. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the use of trademarks is expressly prohibited.
Liability
In consideration of being permitted to access and use the Services, you hereby agree to release Renshawgus, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any action between you and third parties, including organizers, players and other users. all damages of any kind and nature (whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between the Services or your access to and use of the Services, Loss, Liability, Costs and Expenses.
Arbitration
Please read this section carefully as it affects your rights. Any disputes or claims under these Terms of Service or in connection with the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration or small claims court (to the extent the claim is eligible) and will only arise on an individual basis; once this section becomes effective, no Conduct class, consolidated or representative arbitrations and civil actions.
Regarding binding arbitration. Arbitration is generally cheaper, faster and less formal than court proceedings, using a neutral arbitrator rather than a judge or jury. An arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court. Binding arbitration is subject to very limited scrutiny.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service or any Guidelines is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then for you and Renshawgus, that provision will be restricted or removed from these Terms of Service to the extent necessary as a minimum, and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Survival
Upon termination of these Terms of Service, any terms which by their nature or express terms should survive such termination or expiration will survive such termination or expiration.
English
Communications and documents on this website or through the Services, even those from Renshawgus, may be in languages other than English. With respect to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and any other agreements between you and Renshawgus, or other policies implemented by Renshawgus, the English language version of these documents is the version that governs your use of the Services and Controls in the event of any conflict.
